Refund & Return Policy

Returns

At Laadish, every product is packed with care and attention. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

However, if you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • a leaking product,
  • a wrong item, or
  • an incomplete order,

please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos/videos of the product and packaging,
  • and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the request and assist you with a suitable resolution.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved in cases where:

  • the product arrives damaged,
  • the wrong product was shipped,
  • the product is missing from the order,
  • or the product is significantly defective upon arrival.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers
  • Gift cards or complimentary items

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • refunds will be processed to the original payment method,
  • or issued as store credit, depending on the case.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.


Allergies & Sensitivities

While we use thoughtfully selected ingredients, every skin type is different.

We strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before use and performing a patch test prior to applying any product.

Laadish cannot offer refunds or returns for reactions caused due to individual ingredient sensitivities or allergies.
